Each 1-hour session should include:
Warm-up & fitness (15 mins): Dynamic movements, Speed & Agility, Fitness base
Technical focus (20 mins): Drills to work on session themes
Conditioned games (20 mins): Small-sided games (SSGs) to apply skills
Cool-down & chat (5+ mins): Stretch, team talk, individual goals
Session Themes:
12th Aug: Passing & movement (1-2s, support play)
19th Aug: Defending principles (pressure/cover, 1v1)
26thAug: Attacking principles (width, decision-making)
Extra tip: Use a “play, practice, play” format—start and end with games.
